A sales process is more than just a workflow for how you move a new lead to a signed contract. A true process should be able to be completely replicated, without you, from start to finish. The most effective way to build this process is to compartmentalize it so as pieces grow beyond you (which they inevitably will) they can be handed off to other trained resources, freeing you up to focus on one end or the other. I’ll show you how I’m no longer involved in the sales process at FTF at all, and how it’s lead to continued double digit growth.
